This year flew by so quickly. I can’t believe it’s the last day of 2017 today. Whilst I’ve been chilling over Christmas, I’ve been thinking about what the year ahead has in store for me. Hopefully I’ll cram in as much travelling and as many weekend breaks away as I can. Even if it’s just random Saturday nights away in a city I love or I’m yet to love, that will make me happy.

What I do know is that I have four weddings in the diary over the next 12 months. The first (and most important one) is my Sister’s wedding which is in St. Lucia in the Summer. There are less than 10 of us going, we have a very small family and so does Chris, my future Brother-in-Law. The wedding/holiday is booked and I need to get my arse in to gear and start to organise the Hen-Do. I’m not sure when that will be yet but there will be 12 girls going on a spa weekend. Sounds like heaven to me! I think we’re going to Rudding Park near Harrogate; it looks lush and I’ve heard great reviews. Just this morning I’ve been talking about heading off for a spa day in January or at least to book in somewhere for a massage! I really want a back massage right now and honestly think I would have one every other day if I won the lottery.

Hello new me! From tomorrow I’m going to work towards completing the Couch to 5k running app I started in October. I’m up to week 6 of 9 and was so happy to be running for 20 minutes non-stop when I last went out. Christmas, parties and spray tans have got in the way of me continuing during December, not to mention being ill and also having snow. I live in a hilly area and I’m terrified of decking it when I’m running downhill. After running though I feel great so I really want to complete the challenge and maybe by the end of January I’ll be running 5k for fun! This year I also fancy going away with friends. We are not sure where yet and it will probably be during the second half of the year, due to my Sister’s wedding and paying for that.

As long as I have lots of laughs and make unforgettable memories, I’m sure 2018 will be a great year!

Where are you heading to over the next few months? Do you have any suggestions for me of places I should visit? I’m recent years I’ve travelled to Cyprus, Cornwall, New York, Turkey, Greece, Egypt, Dublin and Mexico. I love to explore!

You can follow me on Instagram and Twitter. I’m really trying hard to grow my followers on Instagram and would love to hit 1000 during 2018.

I wish you all the best for a fabulous 2018 and hope it’s the best yet for you your friends and your families.

Until next time, take care, Natalie x
